Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Persona Prime LLC (“Persona Prime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — the company behind IntrAkt.ai — collects, uses, and protects your information. It describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use intrakt.ai.

The entity responsible for your personal information is Persona Prime LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which operates the IntrAkt.ai product. References to “IntrAkt” in this policy mean the IntrAkt.ai product and service.

IntrAkt is built to need almost nothing from you. No account. No identity. No tracking. The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to share: your email address and a copy of your calibration results, delivered back to you. Everything else we keep is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you.

• No account required. You take the calibration and receive your file without signing up.
• Your answers are processed without any identity attached. Our server generates your calibration file without knowing who you are. No login, no cookie, no user identifier is involved. Your answers are held in your browser's session storage while you calibrate and cleared when you close the tab.
• We retain an anonymous copy of your answers. This copy contains no name, email, or identifying information. We use it solely to validate and improve the calibration instrument.
• If you don't give us your email, we have no way to connect your calibration to you. The file is generated, delivered to your browser, and that's it. Nothing on our end links it to a person.
• If you do give us your email, your calibration results are stored alongside it. We use them to send your welcome email with a copy of your calibration file, and occasional updates about IntrAkt. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time. See "Information we collect" below for exactly what we store.
• No advertising trackers. No data sales. No exceptions.

Calibration answers

Your answers are stored in your browser's session storage while you take the calibration. When you submit, they are sent to our server once to generate your calibration file. We retain an anonymous copy containing your responses, calibration type, and dimension scores. No name, email, or identifying information is attached. Browser session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

Email address and calibration results (opt-in only)

If you choose to enter your email on the results page, we store it along with your calibration results so we can send your welcome email with a copy of your calibration file. Your calibration results include your calibration file text, four dimension tags, and an encrypted share code. This is the only personal information we hold. Your email is never attached to the anonymous copy of your raw answers. We do not collect email automatically.

Share links

If you share your result, an encrypted code containing only your calibration type and dimension scores is embedded in the URL. No identifying information is included. The share link is stateless: we do not store it on our servers. It exists only in the URL itself. If the URL is lost, the share link cannot be recovered.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical information (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify you.

What we do not collect

We do not require an account. We do not store your name. If you do not opt in with your email, we have no record that links your calibration to you. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not sell your information.

For visitors subject to the EU/UK GDPR: we process anonymous calibration data under legitimate interest (improving the instrument using data that cannot identify you). We process your email address and calibration results under consent (you opt in; you can withdraw at any time). Server logs are processed under legitimate interest (security and reliability).

We use the information described above to: generate and deliver your calibration file; send a backup copy and updates if you opted in; validate and improve the calibration instrument using anonymous data; and maintain the security and operation of the service.

We rely on a limited set of third-party service providers. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:

• Kit (ConvertKit), email provider. Receives your email address and calibration results if you opt in.
• Supabase, backend and anonymous analytics database. Receives anonymous calibration data with no identity attached.
• Cloudflare, hosting. Processes standard server requests and logs.

This list may change. We will keep this section current. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of IntrAkt and its users.

IntrAkt does not use cookies. We do not load third-party analytics or ad scripts. The only browser storage used is session storage for your calibration answers, which clears when you close the tab. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Because we do not track, profile, or sell data, there is nothing to opt out of, but we recognize the signal as a valid expression of your preferences. We treat Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals the same way.

Anonymous calibration data is retained indefinitely to validate and improve the instrument. It contains no identifying information. If you provided your email, it and your calibration results are held until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

• Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion. Request that we delete your email and associated calibration results.
• Correction. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Portability. Request your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out of sale. We do not sell or share personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
• Non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
• Unsubscribe. Opt out of emails at any time via the link in any message.

These rights are available to all users regardless of location. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.

We are building new features for IntrAkt. When those launch, data handling may change. We will update this policy before any new features go live. Using the free calibration does not create an account.

IntrAkt is operated from the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using IntrAkt, you acknowledge your information may be processed in the U.S.

IntrAkt is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided their email, contact us and we will delete it.

We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption of share codes and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we hold minimal personal data by design.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide appropriate notice. Continued use of IntrAkt after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
