These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Persona Prime LLC (“Persona Prime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates IntrAkt.ai, accessible at intrakt.ai. By using IntrAkt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
IntrAkt is a product of Persona Prime LLC. References to “IntrAkt” mean the IntrAkt.ai product and service; the contracting party under these Terms is Persona Prime LLC. IntrAkt provides a short calibration that generates a portable calibration file you can paste into AI tools so they respond to your interaction style. These Terms currently cover the free IntrAkt calibration. We are building additional features; when those launch, we will update these Terms before they become available.
IntrAkt is not directed to children under 16, and you must be at least 16 to use it. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems; scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the calibration instrument or its underlying methodology; resell or commercially redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
What we collect and how we handle it is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: you can use the free calibration without an account, and we only hold personal information (your email and calibration results) if you choose to provide it.
The calibration file generated for you is yours to use, keep, and paste into any AI tool. We make no claim of ownership over the file delivered to you.
The IntrAkt name, the IntrAkt.ai brand, the calibration instrument, the scoring methodology, the underlying models, and all related software, text, and design are owned by Persona Prime LLC and protected by applicable law. Using the service does not grant you any rights in this intellectual property beyond the use of your own calibration file as described above.
IntrAkt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The calibration is an interaction-style tool, not professional, psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Persona Prime LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these Terms, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date above and provide appropriate notice. Continued use of IntrAkt after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using IntrAkt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Texas.
